I was born and raised in Montreal, a city I love for the same reasons I love this work: it is complex, bilingual, and never quite what you expect. I have built my entire career working in both French and English, which means I do not just translate words. I understand the cultural nuance that shapes how organizations operate.
Outside of work, I am a mother of two and a partner to my husband. In the moments I am not working, you can usually find me at hot yoga, Pilates, boxing, or adventuring with my family. That balance matters to me.
I believe in the same things I bring to my clients: honesty, accountability, and the willingness to have hard conversations. I am naturally curious, always trying to understand what actually drives performance and what gets in the way.
Running my own business is not easier. It is not quieter. There are late nights and working weekends. But every hard day now feels better than the safe ones ever did.
Because it is mine. And because the work actually means something.
